Along

Front stairs come down this week and the first floor will have a fully new, level, plywood subfloor across the full floor.  Nice. 

Frameout of the garden level and first floor to commence simultaneously, along with digging the new water line and scaffolding the front for the facade restoration.  Oh, did I mention that I'm living in the third floor currently?  haha.  Might be a little noisy for awhile.
