Second Floor Framing continues this week - this is rapidly coming to a close. The air handlers are now onsite, so they can now be taken into account from a size and weight perspective with regard to the framing size for their location. This is of particular consequence in the second floor, where the air handler (heat and aircon) will be suspended horizontally from the ceiling on a mezzanine level of the laundry. This gets the unit out of the way of the function of the room (laundry units will be located below it) and also provides a stand-up spot for access to the roof via a sealed roof hatch - also important since air conditioning condenser units will be on the roof. Plumbing and Electrical are to wrap by the end of the month, and given where we are right now, it seems achievable.
