Zeroing in on the Media room. Initial round of painting done, still need to finish up door trim and another coat of paint on some walls and ceiling.
I've been reading / YouTubing on concrete floor staining, since I got a quote for $2400 to do the media room floor. Looks like that will be the next project. If I am able to pull of the floor staining, which seems pretty straightforward, my DIY savings will be over $6K ! Motivation!

The spot on the wall is just some strong sunlight coming through the patio doors. I was surprised how much light this room can get as it is partially below grade and under a good sized deck.
