Tile. Windows. Deck. Flooring. Drywall. Trim Millwork. Granite. Man, this can be a lot of work. Why doesn't all my stuff just show up like it does on HGTV? Where everything is the perfect fit, color, nothing is missing in the delivery, the installers show up on time, everytime....
The big news this week is that the custom windows for the facade of the building have finally arrived, after waiting essentially the whole summer.

And the first floor is wrapping up from a drywall perspective, although there is a lot of trim and moulding to install.. Flooring is next and then we are ready for kitchen cabinets:
