Below: First floor Kitchen room, really starting to look like a room. That the windows are in is helping. The guys on the ladders are working on finishing up plumbing connections.
Second floor is looking much the same, with the framing becoming final after several tweaks. In the pic below, Fernando is building out a short mezzanine which will support the air handler for the second floor as well as a standing area that will allow access to a roof access hatch.
