Lets clean this baby up!

I've been thinking about what needs to happen to this place, short term, for awhile now.  The apartment vacated by the previous owner needs a pretty intense amount of work - cleaning every room, painting every room, tearing down a wall between the pantry and a bedroom to make a bedroom a size that adults would consider living in.
